Youth Space is one of the most active youth organizations in Western Ukraine. They empower young people through community hubs, integration activities, psychological support, and youth participation in decision-making. In MEET, they lead local implementation in Zakarpattia and develop mental‑health support activities for vulnerable youth.

Nevo Parudimos is a long‑standing NGO working with disadvantaged groups, especially Roma youth. They bring strong expertise in mental‑health–related youth work and non‑formal education. Within MEET, they lead the development of inclusive learning tools and run a pilot focusing on Roma young people.
ION CREANGA State Pedagogical University of Chisinau (UPSC), Moldova

UPSC is Moldova’s key pedagogical university, dedicated to training educators and supporting the emotional well‑being of children and adolescents. They contribute their scientific and pedagogical expertise to develop the MEET toolbox and organise Youth Mental Health Labs in schools, with a focus on rural youth.

Együttható promotes inclusion, accessibility, and community-building among young people, particularly Roma youth and youth with disabilities. They operate youth centers and after‑school programs in Budapest and beyond. In MEET, they lead the best‑practice mapping and implement a local pilot for youth with special needs.

With strong school networks and expertise in non‑formal training, as communication leader of the project they lead the MEET transnational training series and deliver the Slovenian pilot and action plan.

HETFA is a research organization with strong expertise in youth policy, education, and impact assessment. In MEET, they serve as evaluation and policy experts, leading the pilot impact assessment and co-developing the Danube Strategy for Youth Mental Health.
DEX Innovation center, Czechia
Business support organization
DEX IC is an innovation hub focused on digitalization, co‑creation, and impactful technological solutions. Known for developing serious games for education, they lead the implementation of local pilots, the development of a transnational framework for mental health for young people and the development of Local Action Plans in MEET.

National public authority
GÖG is Austria’s national competence center for health promotion, with strong thematic expertise in youth mental health. They contribute to best‑practice development, co‑organise Youth Mental Health Labs, and lead the creation of the Austrian Local Action Plan.

BDA is an experienced NGO working on youth development, digital skills, training materials, and social inclusion. With an extensive national network of schools and community centers, they implement the Bulgarian pilot and co-develop innovative learning tools within MEET.

TUKE is a major Slovak public university with strong experience in educational innovation, digital tools, and support for vulnerable students. They implement the Slovak pilot, lead the digital awareness campaign and are responsible for the design and development of the digital version of the toolbox.

Regional public authority
As the regional educational authority, the Ministry plays a key role in policy implementation, system-level change, and access to schools. In MEET, they support knowledge exchange, advocacy, and the creation of the Local Action Plan for Tuzla Canton.
